For skilled nursing facilities
Pulmonologist + RT.
A board-certified pulmonologist leads the program. Our respiratory therapists work at the bedside in your building every week. Together they catch respiratory decline early and treat it in place, at no cost to your facility.

Questions.
Is the pulmonologist in the building?
Our respiratory therapist is. The pulmonologist joins each visit remotely while the therapist examines the resident at the bedside, with vitals, oxygen data and live breath sounds. Anyone who needs in-person or emergency care follows your normal protocols.
What do our nurses have to do?
Confirm which residents are available and receive the recommendations. The therapist does the preparation and presentation.
Can residents decline?
Yes. Written consent follows your policy, and the therapist gets verbal consent before every visit. A resident can decline any visit with no effect on future care.
What happens between rounds?
Call us. If a question can be handled by phone, we arrange a call-back from the physician. Requests before 11 AM are usually answered the same day.
